- Keerthi Jain, founding promoter, has spent over 7.5 years with KPMG, prior to starting KKJ Capital Advisors. He has been involved in closure of several marquee deals while with KPMG. He is a chartered accountant by qualification and was ranked 5th in India in the final examination conducted by ICAI.
- He has experience in valuations of businesses, equity and has advised number of clients on acquisitions, regulatory valuations, portfolio valuations and intangibles valuations. He has been involved in more than 40 transactions comprising several data rooms, full access due diligences, carve outs and supporting negotiations for various transactions in these sectors. - In his early of part of career, he was involved in Financial statement audits and limited reviews of public companies listed on Indian Stock Exchanges, large and medium-sized enterprises belonging to various industrial sectors such as software development services, industrial manufacturing, logistics, NBFC's. He focussed on risk based audit methodologies involving understanding of strategic management processes, analysis and assessment of business risks, evaluation of design of internal control systems and was also involved in ensuring compliance with SOX, of a multinational corporation involved in Consumer and industrial markets.
